When I first called the office, Jana made me feel like a real person – not just another appointment. She listened to my story and went out of her way to help set up everything I needed. When I came in for my visit, everyone at the office was personable and treated me with the kindness and respect. Dr. Sternlieb was knowledgeable and took time to assess, understand my concerns, answer my questions – which made it easy for me to trust his recommended plan of care.
